HQ Nashville Coworking and Office Suites to Open in SoBro

Entrepreneurial Space Geared Toward Entertainment Industry Nashville, TN…Entrepreneurs John and Katharine Richardson will open HQ Nashville, a coworking, creative hub for professionals in the entertainment industry in SoBro in early 2015.  The renovated industrial building, located at 632 Fogg St., is one block south of the City Winery and Third Man Records.  HQ Nashville will be three floors with over 11,000 square feet of space including: a café area, songwriting rooms, open workspace, conference rooms and dedicated office suites.  Various levels of membership will be available for the coworking space, while the top floor will feature private suites with panoramic views of the Nashville skyline. The Richardsons have assembled a powerhouse team for the renovation including: architect John Barnett from b3 Studio, Inc., managing contractors Phil Pace and Brian Koelsch of The Conseco Group, and financing by Franklin Synergy bank.
