Introducing "InDo InSiders": A Spotlight on Our Entrepreneurial Community | Tyler Glass Founder of TicketSmart

Welcome to our new blog series, InDo InSiders, where we showcase the creative minds, trailblazing entrepreneurs, and innovative businesses that call InDo Nashville home. Whether they're launching startups, building industry connections, or growing established brands, our members are what make InDo an inspiring place to work.

For our very first feature, we’re excited to introduce Tyler Glass, founder of TicketSmart, a company that’s making waves in the ticketing industry.

From Consulting to Securing the Best Seats: Meet TicketSmart

Tyler Glass launched TicketSmart as a consulting firm focused on optimizing ticketing platforms. The company initially specialized in stress testing queue systems, carting mechanics, and overall website functionality for major ticketing platforms. But through deep industry connections, TicketSmart evolved into something even bigger—helping clients score the best deals on high-demand tickets for concerts, Broadway shows, and comedy events.

An Office Upgrade: Finding the Perfect Space at InDo

Like many entrepreneurs, Tyler started his business from home—specifically, from his bedroom. But after six years of working remotely, he knew it was time for a change.

“I toured many offices, but when I stumbled across the listing for a private office suite InDo, knew I’d found the right place. The space had more life than the typical corporate workspace, and after my first tour, I was ready to sign the lease immediately.”

The InDo Experience: Community, Creativity, and a Killer View

While this is only his first month at InDo, Tyler has already felt the benefits of working in a shared space.

“I always seem to meet someone new in the halls or chat with InDo’s co-owner John Richardson while heating up my lunch.  But beyond the community, the best perk is the office itself—the view is incredible, and there’s so much creative freedom to make the space my own.”

One of his biggest concerns about leaving the home office? Losing the convenience of rolling out of bed and getting straight to work. But the transition has been surprisingly refreshing.

“After only a few weeks, I can confidently say that working in a community space like InDo is far better than staying home. It makes a huge difference in productivity, motivation, and even work-life balance.”

Why Entrepreneurs Should Consider an Office at InDo?

For any remote worker, freelancer, or small business owner, it’s tempting to work from home or set up shop in a coffee shop. But Tyler has some advice for those on the fence about getting an office or Un-cubicle at InDo:

“There’s something about getting in your car and driving to your workplace that motivates you to get work done. At home, it’s easy to get distracted—chores, cooking, or just generally slacking off. Plus, when you work where you live, there’s no separation between work and relaxation. Since moving to InDo, my home has become a place to actually unwind instead of a constant reminder of work.”

For those just starting out, Tyler sees the Un-cubicles as a perfect stepping stone for entrepreneurs who might not be ready for a full office but want to level up from a coffee shop setup.
