About Our Venue:

“Our unique space is the perfect place to host your next business mixer, networking conference, wedding reception, or special event. Build your ideal event by adding on our wide range of services to your rental or take advantage of our VIP packages to have everything you need for the best price in town.”

Rental Details:

•       Every booking includes a complimentary hour for setup + 30 minutes to cleanup.

•       Our PA system includes:

2 QSC K12.2 Loudspeakers

2 QSC KS 212C Cardioid Subwoofers

2 QSC K8.2 Wedge Monitors

1 QSC Touchmix 30 Mixer w/ iPad

•          The Green Room includes a table, chairs, and a fully stocked minibar

•          We will have a manager present at all events incase of emergencies, questions, etc

•          We allow outside caterer, decorations, and liquor for no additional charge, however, we do have a list of recommended vendors + partnerships with local caterers if needed.

Space Amenities:

•       WIFI provided

•       On-site parking

•       Handicap accessible 

•       Access to our catering + liquor partners: TomKats

•       We accept add-ons to any packages or you may build your own

•       We can schedule a complimentary tour prior to booking.

•       Comfortable and attractive furniture, chairs, and tables

Requirements:

•       Maximum capacity: 80 guests

•       Events must be AT LEAST 2 hours

•       Alcohol is prohibited for most events that include guests of all ages

•       Wedding receptions that include guests of all ages will be required to book security

•       You must be 25+ with a valid Credit Card to book an event

•       Outside catering and vendors allowed

•       50% of total required as a deposit to secure your date + a signed contract

•       A $100 cleaning fee is added separately to your overall total (excluding packages)

•       Insurance required for all rentals
